At First Copy Shoe Mart, we want every order to make you happy.
If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns and refunds as easy as possible.
1. 3-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is perfect.
2. Free Pickup & Returns
We provide free return pickup from your doorstep.
No shipping charges from your side. Shop stress-free.
3. When Can You Return?
Returns are accepted only for:
• Defective Products - Damaged, torn, or manufacturing issue
• Wrong/Mismatched Item - Different size, color, or product sent
To be eligible, your item must be:
1. Unused and in the same condition as delivered
2. In original packing with tags, box, and invoice
3. Not worn, washed, or altered by you
4. Returned with all accessories and free gifts
We’re unable to accept returns due to size, color choice, or change of mind.
4. Return Process in 3 Steps

Share: Order ID, Issue/Reason, Clear product video, Bank details for refund
Step 2: Verification
Our team will review your request. For quality claims, we may ask for an unboxing video without cuts.
Step 3: Pickup & Refund
Once approved, we’ll arrange free pickup. After quality check, refund is processed.
5. Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 3 working days after we receive the product
• For Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method/UPI/Bank
• For COD orders: Refund will be made to the bank account shared by you during return request
6. Order Cancellation
Want to cancel? No problem.
Cancel your order before it gets shipped from our warehouse.
Just login > My Orders > Cancel
Or WhatsApp us your Order ID.
7. Your Responsibility
Please pack the item safely in the original box to avoid damage during pickup.
We recommend keeping the packaging until you’re sure you want to keep the product.
