To keep COD available for everyone, we take a small *₹300 advance* to confirm your order.

➡️ Courier is not free for us — we pay shipping charges for both delivery and return.  

➡️ Some customers place COD orders but refuse delivery or are not available. This leads to double courier charges.  

➡️ *₹300 confirms genuine orders* and protects us from this loss. If cancelled by the customer, it is adjusted towards courier charges and is *non-refundable*.  

➡️ *On successful delivery, ₹300 is fully deducted from your bill* — pay only the remaining amount to the delivery boy.  

➡️ *If we cancel your order* due to stock-out or any issue from our side, your *₹300 is 100% refunded*.

➡️ कूरियर सर्विस फ्री नहीं होती — हमें भेजने और वापस आने दोनों का चार्ज देना पड़ता है।  

➡️ कई बार COD ऑर्डर पर ग्राहक डिलीवरी लेने से मना कर देते हैं या उपलब्ध नहीं होते। इससे डबल कूरियर चार्ज लगता है।  

➡️ *₹300 ऑर्डर को असली कन्फ़र्म करने के लिए लिया जाता है।* अगर ग्राहक की तरफ से कैंसल होता है तो यह ₹300 कूरियर चार्ज में चला जाता है और *रिफंड नहीं होगा*।  

➡️ *डिलीवरी होने पर ₹300 आपके बिल में से माइनस* कर दिया जाएगा — बाकी रकम डिलीवरी पर दें।  

➡️ *अगर हमारी तरफ से ऑर्डर कैंसल हुआ* तो *₹300 पूरा वापस* कर दिया जाएगा।
