Why Do We Collect ₹300?

At First Copy Shoe Mart, we want to keep Cash on Delivery available for everyone.

To confirm genuine COD orders and reduce losses caused by refused or undelivered parcels, we collect a small ₹300 advance payment.

Don't worry! On successful delivery, this amount is fully adjusted against your total order value.

🚚 Courier Charges Are Not Free

We pay courier charges for both delivery and return shipments. Every dispatched order involves a real shipping cost for our business.

📦 Undelivered COD Orders

Sometimes customers place COD orders but refuse delivery or are unavailable to receive their parcels. This results in double courier charges for us.

⚠️ Customer-Initiated Cancellation

The ₹300 advance confirms a genuine order. If the customer cancels the confirmed order, the advance is adjusted towards courier-related charges and is non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights.

✅ Successful Delivery

On successful delivery, your ₹300 advance is fully deducted from the total order amount. You only need to pay the remaining balance to the delivery partner.

💯 Cancellation From Our Side

If we cancel your order due to stock unavailability or any issue from our side, your ₹300 advance will be refunded in full.

₹300 एडवांस क्यों लिया जाता है?

हम चाहते हैं कि सभी ग्राहकों को Cash on Delivery (COD) की सुविधा मिलती रहे। इसलिए ऑर्डर कन्फर्म करने के लिए ₹300 एडवांस लिया जाता है।

हमें पार्सल भेजने और वापस आने, दोनों का कूरियर चार्ज देना पड़ता है।

कई बार ग्राहक COD ऑर्डर करने के बाद डिलीवरी लेने से मना कर देते हैं या डिलीवरी के समय उपलब्ध नहीं होते। इससे हमें डबल कूरियर चार्ज देना पड़ता है।

₹300 एडवांस ऑर्डर कन्फर्म करने के लिए लिया जाता है। यदि ग्राहक कन्फर्म ऑर्डर कैंसल करता है, तो यह राशि कूरियर से संबंधित खर्च में एडजस्ट कर दी जाएगी और वापस नहीं होगी। लागू उपभोक्ता अधिकार सुरक्षित रहेंगे।

डिलीवरी होने पर आपके ₹300 पूरे बिल में से माइनस कर दिए जाएंगे। आपको डिलीवरी के समय केवल बाकी रकम देनी होगी।

अगर स्टॉक उपलब्ध नहीं होने या हमारी तरफ से किसी अन्य समस्या के कारण ऑर्डर कैंसल होता है, तो आपके ₹300 पूरे वापस कर दिए जाएंगे।
